Quirkbox is a conceptual brand offering a monthly art supply subscription, designed to encourage creatives of all skill levels to step outside their comfort zones. Each box contains a curated selection of unique, mystery art materials, along with creative prompts and challenges to inspire exploration.
This concept originated as part of a 10/20 design exercise (bottom right), where I conducted a type study on the letter 'Q' using various tools and media.

For this exploration project, I immersed myself in the closing passages of Heaven Official’s Blessing↗, focusing on themes of patience, devotion, and the power of enduring love.
I explored different methods to visually represent a few constant motifs woven throughout the novel: the red thread of fate symbolizing love and connection, and wishing lanterns embodying devotion.

This motion graphic animation tells the story of how I chose my English name "Celes," derived from "Celestia" and inspired by my love for astrology. Through this animation, I explored the contrast between my shy, reserved exterior and the lively, vibrant side of my personality.
The loop-animation begins with geometric shapes arranged systematically, representing my quieter, organized side. The progression moving from structured paths to organic, free-flowing ones, symbolizing my journey toward self-expression.

Palette is an existing album by IU, a popular Korean artist, embracing her journey to where adulthood begins to become fun, seeing the value in all of life's various hues. The redesign had to utilize photography and represent the album name and theme to create a cohesive design.
